PDF pages naming ?

Some e-books i have seen, has Topics named in the left pane. I use cute ftp to create pdf or adobe acrobat 7 slbum starter edition. How do i create a topic for the ebooks created by these softwares ?

There is a software called PDF995 (*www.pdf995.com/download.html).It's lot of great features.
Also checkout FinePrint Software (*www.fineprint.com/). Easy PDF Creator
(*www.pdfdesk.com/). Using Adobe Acrobat Professional you can create topics & everything
possible in PDF format. But you have to buy it to use it!!. I hope you find these links useful.

You may also find pdf factory. It is also a shareware. But with it you can create bookmarks.

There is a free software that you can use to create PDF Files with bookmarks and links - OpenOffice.org version 2.0+... It is a bulky download, but it can be found in some recent Magazine CDs... There is even extended support through a free macro with details and download link at *www.3bview.com/epdf-home.html
