PDA phone under RS.18000

I have just completed my 10th board exams and now I am about to join a coaching class for IIT JEE.
I want to own a PDA phone now. My parents are not willing to shell out more than Rs. 18000. Any idea whether which PDA phone can be bought (with colour display).

these r some of the choices available 2 u...if u want symbian OS, then u will have 2 buy nokia...if u can live without symbian, then other options r available...

If u want a serious "PDA" phone then 18k wont be enough...

nokia 7250i --> not sure, but think around 30k
