Does Quick Heal not clean it? Use Norton Power Eraser once.
uninstall quickheal & use some good antivirus.a good free AV like avira free is better than quickheal.

Install kaspersky pure(paid) or Microsoft security essentials(free)[assuming you use windows] on your system... best one time solution since both of them have very less resource consumption and very high disinfection and recovery rates... real time protection is awesome!!
