This is my current config

Processor- Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00 Ghz
Motherboard- ECS G41T-M7
RAM- 4 GB
Graphics- ASUS NVIDIA GeForce 210

I want to upgrade so that i can play the new games with moderate settings. So will upgrading my graphic card be enough? Or would it be necessary to upgrade my processor and motherboard too?

Please suggest a graphic card for 5-6k(I frequently connect my PC to a hdtv, so HD res should be supported)
Also which processor and mobo should i go for?(4th gen i3 or i5 preferred, haven't decided budget for it)
