yea but without GPU same problem....
So i found out a nearest pickup centre "Siliguri" (WB)
they told me that it will we transfered to MSI service centre at Kolkata. They will call me an
ask me for more details of the situation.....
Also they told me that if i do this online then i have to deal with this directly....
when asked for "RMA" told that its the service center to decide ... whether it will get repaired or replaced....
any sugesitions on this issue.....

2day called the service center at kolkata ,
they told that my board has been repaired and sent through courier ...
but when asked for the actual problem of the board... they just denied to tell any thing.. stating : we do many boards ,don't kno what ur prob was... can't remember...."
any ways lets see what hapens...
