Right off the assembly line
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Witcher 3, GTS 5, Project CARS mailny. Looking forward to be able to play upcoming titiles like Arkham Knight, DMC and Star Wars Battlefront.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Budget is between 60k - 75k. Would be really hard to strech this budget but would like to know the options.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 120 GB - 256 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD (no SSHDs please).

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes. 19" - 22". Full HD (1920X1080). would prefer with all display ports but HDMI preferred. Refresh rate 120 Hz or higher (least of the worries though)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: None. would be buying everything.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In 1-2 months.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Both.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Delhi. Can access Nehru Place for parts. Will buy online if get better deal along with after service.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Please suggest an ATX MoBo (I do not plan to overclock, would love maximum 3.0/3.1 ports) along with a cabinet with maximum number of cooling (exhaust/intake) vents. Components i have in mind are:-

i5-4690
ASUS GTX970 4GB
Corsair Vengeance 16GB
Samsung 850 PRO 256GB
WD 1TB
Any mechanical KB with backlight

In the zone
u can get i5 4690 + gtx 970 + b85 mb + seasonic 520W psu .
gtx 960 wouldnt do justice to a 75k budget.
Skip the ssd or the mechanical kb for now .
