Don't mind me saying it but this is waste of money.Branded PC is only recommended for commercial buying in an organization(profit or non-profit) or when you are looking for some fancy All-in-One system. Leaving aside all other things just the mere fact that above pc comes with a "400W psu" is enough for me to discard it as an option.
Thanks for the feedback! I agree too now.

Aspiring Novelist
Ask him for the model name, rather than saying things generic. Pricing seems too low. Is this before tax?
Corsair Vengeance 2 x 8GB - 10k
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB - 8.5k
WD 7200rpm 2TB x 2 - 9.5k
Dell 24" Professional series IPS FHD - 14k
CM case - 5k
Avoid CM PSU. Go for gold rated PSU, should cost about 6k
i7 8700 - 30.5k
Go for ATX board. mATX would be too crowded - 15k
1060 6G - 22k
For video editing you would most probably need an after market cooler - 3k
Total is about 125k.

If you wanna save some money, you can save here,
Go 250GB version SSD
For now just buy 1TB/2TB, later you can add.
21.5" monitor
This will bring the total close to 110k.

Be very careful before finalizing(confirm here first) & giving money to integrator person as he will look only for his own profit not your benefit.

Only buy samsung 860 evo ssd(250gb or 480gb) from onlyssd.com(best ssd selling site in India). You can also go for adata nvme sx8200 which is even faster than 860 evo for almost the same price.

If you really want to spend extra on a Z370 mobo(which is not really needed because it is used for overclocking "k" version processor) then get this:
Buy Asrock Z370 EXTREME4 at Lowest Price India - Mdcomputers.in

You can also save money by getting a B360 mobo:
Buy msi b360-a pro at Lowest Price India - Mdcomputers.in

Get this ssd:

Its better to go with
Asus TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING or
MSI Z370 TOMAHAWK. (Both @ 14.5k)
Almost both are similarly priced and when compared with Asrock concerning its almost to nil RMA, both Asus & MSI RMA is dealt by Regenerisis.

I personally has very bad experience with Asrock MB RMA. Its not actually a motherboard issue but rather the MOSFETS heatsink broke off and when I requested them to replace only it, you know what they told me, To stick it using Glue. Stupid fellows.
I think they should be selling kites or ballons...

Have you checked reddit recently? 90% of RMA complaints are from MSI. Just because Regenerisis handles both Asus & MSI doesn't mean you will get same level of service for asus & msi products. You have one bad RMA experience of asrock years ago & you are asking people to avoid it for that reason in 2019.Do you even remember the RMA agency of asrock back then & the one handling asrock RMA now?

How much is your budget for mobo? All the options you gave are not good value for money. Of course it is your money so your choice. Gigabyte Auros ultra gaming is the best mobo among those options but even if somebody gave me the money I would still not buy this mobo.

Cheaper & better than the gigabyte mobo you were suggested:
Buy Online Asrock Z370 Pro4 Intel Motherboard lowest price in india at www.theitdepot.com

I already suggested corsair TX650M psu which is much better than whatever coolermaster psu you were suggested.

That liquid cooler is totally unnecessary for a non-k intel processor.Use stock cooler first & if you feel the need to buy an aftermarket cpu cooler than only buy it.Water cpu coolers are mainly for overclocking.

I also suggested graphics card above, unless you are getting same card at lower price no need to buy it from your shopkeeper. Also zotac has 5 years warranty, you get extra 3 years warranty over the 2 years standard warranty by registering your zotac graphics card on zotac India website within 28 days of buying the card.

Don't take it otherwise but it seems like your assembler is trying to force you to buy unnecessary products for his own profit & you seem to be believing him.It is your money so your choice but if you have already decided to believe him then not much point asking for suggestions here.
