Hi Guys,

I am planning to build a gaming PC by August. It will be completed in two installments(GPU will be bought later). At present I have this below config planned.

Processor- i5 6500 -15000
CPU Cooler- Stock
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 - Will get it from USA
RAM- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB(8GBx2) DDR4 - Got it from USA
SSD - Samsung 850 evo 250gb - Got it from USA
HDD- WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3500
GPU- Zotac g210 - Have this. Will upgrade to better one in future.
PSU- Seasonic M12 II 520W- Need suggestion here - Around 5000INR
Cabinet- Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 or Corsair 100r Silent - not more than 5000 INR.

Monitor- ViewSonic 24" 1080p - Already have it.
Monitor, Keyboard and Speakers - Have it.

I am a casual gamer(Like to play COD series) and at present playing in PS3. So, this PC will be used for regular work, browsing and watching Movie till I buy new graphics card.

Is that MotherBoard okay or should I consider something else ? As I will be sourcing it from USA, please suggest accordingly.

Will the GPU be a bottle neck? Should I use g210 or not?

As I want a silent PC, please suggest PSU and cabinet accordingly. Also is overall config fine? Any suggestions are welcome.

P.S: Not planning to overclock.

Thanks and Regards
Maddy

If it is an issue then will sell this card and buy something later.

Integrated GPU of i5 6600 i.e. Intel HD 530 is better than GT210. Why would you even use a GT210 in a gaming rig in the first place?

Get a GTX 1060 later.

:blank: No, Will not be gaming till I buy new GPU. Would like to watch movies on my 1080p screen. Although Intel HD 530 supports till 4k, I just wanted to know if I can reduce the load on CPU if I have this card??

On a side note, Can Intel 530 supports games like Crysis, battlefield and call of duty games? Coz, GT210 used to support these games.

@ Maddy_AzAd - Congrats on the new rig! What UPS do you plan to use with the system? Also, is Seasonic M12 II 520W fully modular or semi-modular?

Have you bought the Seasonic M12 II 520W? If yes, for how much and from where in Bangalore?

I bought it for 5400/- from Amazon. I was not planning to visit SP road and hence bought it online.
I usually buy from *bwindia.net but this model was not available with them.

Did you finalized on UPS? I am thinking of buying a new one.

Also any suggestion for wireless keyboard and mouse combo. I am planning for Logitech MK345.

Good deal man but you would have got it for around 4.8k at SP Road. Yeah I had to buy a new UPS because the CRAPPY BX600IN didn't even give a back up of 1 sec to my AMD rig. I bought APC 800BE model. So far no complaints.
