PC Critical Problem

I have a problem on my pc that my pc automatically power-off after every time well i play some games or when i open a high quality video's. Also when i Whenever i eject a cd and boot from a cd "WinXP" my pc was cut off .

PLease help me, what's the problem was going on here

Motherboard - Asus P5GC-MX
Ram 1GB DDR
SMPS - 450 Watt
G.C - geforce 8400gs

Kindly give the details of the brand of ur SMPS.
Seems you have the as called local SMPS.Buy a powersafe or zebronics SMPS.

The problem is definitely with the smps. I think it is unable to run the 8400 card....... try removing that card n then run using ur onboard video adapter....... if the problem does not persist then its ur SMPS(culprit)!!!!!!
