Hello

I got an order of 10 pcs in my dads firm

each pc should not cross over 15k

The config should be such that they sustain at least 2 years with med office work. They do not care about amd or intel but support is top priority. The pc would be on use almost 12 hrs/day on avg

Would welcome both branded or unbranded.

Mainly office work like browsing, heavy use of apps like office 2007, Tally. watch conf videos, voip , network file sharing, ftp

Please suggest me a good config as its my first corporate order.
:)

CPU/MOBO/RAM, HDD(minimum size), CABINET+PSU, Keyboard/Mouse(most imp they collect less dust and are comfortable), LCD/LED(bigger the better but good in text reading and easy on eyes for long hours), headphone with good with voip/skype. And all of these should have good support onsite preferable.

Its u who got the order , so u should provide on-site support

well they do have there IT personal to check for any software or small hardware issue. But if a component goes bad then a onsite support by the maker really helps.

If u are getting 10 pcs' at the same time, u can/should bargain with the shopkeeper a lot...
Also u should ask for compliments...

sure my work will start to haggle with the shopkeepers for bulk discount and all after i finalize the configs. Those discounts are my income you see. I would prefer more configs from other people also as i wud have multiple choices in my choosing of components when i move around the shops.

The above said config will suffice ur needs...
Try to get a headset for each PC as compliment....

I would suggest that you provide a better PSU. See it this way: cheap PSUs are most of the time culprit for damaged hardware, so if you provide good PSU you can lower post sale service costs and get better reputation for providing quality PCs.

FSP Saga 350w 1.4k Should be good

^good idea...

@OP are u ok wit this??

As sparx said, in most cases, PSU will blowout....
Generic PSUs have one year warranty...

Yes, for these jobs he can rely on generic brands though its not recomended. I think Bijli with 400W PSU will do. But if he gets FSP SAGA II 350W then he actually needs to cut down prices on the cabby by getting one at Rs.300.

First of all I don't think that bijli's suited even for a semi-professional environment. So, he should settle for a cheaper more generic and less flashy cabinet. Also do the people require wi-fi cards with the PCs? As for the PSU try to get a cheaper one from FSP otherwise get a generIc one.
