960 EVO costs around 9.5k, if it suits your purpose, replace your SATA drive with that.
I think you are the rare exception where an NVME drive can actually benefit your work. So try to accomodate that into the build.

Is B450 mobo better than 470 mobo(As suggested by some seniors)? If yes, how.

My knowledge about hardware isn't much. I would appreciate if you can highlight the most important differences.

No,470 is better. It is just that there is usually price change for many mobo models whenever a large no. of new series models are launched so my suggestion is to wait a bit as I am expecting a price change/new models for 470 series.

Any suggestions for Monitor?

I am going to Nehru place day after tomorrow i.e. on 4th August to buy the build.

Don't buy X470 mobo from costtocost as they don't have any good/premium amd gigabyte or asus mobo, for some time they are mainly keeping MSI mobos. I suggest to check prices on mdcomputers.in vedantcomputers.com primeabgb.com(its sister site onlyssd.com best site for ssd buying) before buying anything from nehru place.
MOTHERBOARD GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING
POWER SUPPLY CORSAIR TX-M SERIES™ TX650M -650 WATT 80 PLUS® GOLD CERTIFIED
AMD RYZEN 7 2700X 2nd Generation Desktop Processor - With Wraith Prism Cooling Solution RGB LED (8 Core, Up To 4.3 GHz, AM4 Socket, 20MB Cache)
PROCESSOR AMD RYZEN 7 2700X (UPTO 3.7 GHZ / 4 MB CACHE)

In fact I have found that nowadays costtocost/nehru place is good only for buying speakers(you can actually hear it & FK/amazon sometimes have complaints about courier company handling),hdd(quite delicate so don't trust online shopping/courier companies unless it is usb only portable version),monitors(can see actual picture quality & if same model is available at other sites at higher/similar price as never know how is handling of courier company).

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. You are a Gem. I really appreciate your inputs. I will try the websites.

Any suggestion for the Monitor?I have a spare 32 inch led tv- which I can use temporarily till I get the led monitor- However, I would prefer to buy one asap.

Any suggestion about K1200 Quadro for GPU? I saw one used one at quikr listed for 12K(Perhaps negotiable)
------------------
Here is the configuration that I am planning to buy:-

Processor: AMD Ryzen7 2700x
CPU Cooler: Wraith Prism (Free with Amd Ryzen)
Motherboard: ASUS Prime X470 Pro (X470 Motherboard)/GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING . I think they will support SLI.
RAM: Adata XPG Spectrix D40 3200mhz 2x16GB DDR4
/ or 2*16 3000 Mhz DDR4
(Though cpu/mb combo could do 3600mhz.-ASUS Prime X470 Pro)
SSD: 970 Evo ( 256GB NVME. More than this cannot be used for AMD StoreMI without paying more.) This will improve the File IO dramatically.
HDD: WD Gold 7200rpm 2TB
{WD 2TB Gold Datacenter HDD (WD2005FBYZ) Or, WD Gold 8TB Internal Hard Drive (WD8002FRYZ) }
Cabinet: FRACTAL DESIGN MESHIFY C BLACK CASE FD-CA-MESH-C-BKO-TGL
GPU: 1050 Ti.
PSU: (Power Supply Unit) Antec High Current 850w Gold Modular or Corsair TX850M Gold Semi modular

LG 27UD68P, This, This, and a couple of 1440p 27 inch panels from lenovo from mdcomputers are good high end choices.
If you dont need a high res display, go for a VA/IPS panel from LG (Amazon.in) (22-24 inches)

I own the first one, can provide my impressions of it if you need

Don't buy quadro for gaming. AMD StoreMI sounds good in theory but I doubt its practical implementation without few months of performance in real world. No game will reach even samsung sata ssd iops(~90k) let alone ~400k iops of samsung 970,for that you need a very specific workload(large databases/server like environment & huge amount of ram which though you will have). You can go with normal WD Black 2TB & save some money as Gold is meant for datacentre usages & just because it is named gold doesn't mean it will be more reliable than any other hdd(basic rule of hdd: always assume any hdd can fail at any time).

For monitors I don't have much suggestions as I don't play games so better take suggestions from gamers like in above post.:)

Thanks for your inputs. My requirement is for data analytics. I rarely play games(may be once in a month or two). GPU will also be used for data analytics. Hence, My question about Quadro GPU.

I think data analytics doesn't demand GPU like Quadro. Mainstream GPU's should be good enough, don't have to shell out a lot for Quadro. Yes, even from used market look elsewhere unless someone from your field says otherwise. I highly don't think these entry level workstation GPUs are better for money you pay and for you need. You can look at workstation GPUs when you need high precision and/or you have few hundred grand to spend on GPU alone.
