What? Dude, Xeon E3 1230 V3 is just an i7 4770 without an IGP. Get your facts corrected. It has got much much more processing power than even an i5 4570.

since he does not need monitor, get sapphire R9 290 tri -x -32.8k instead of 280x also get Seasonic S12II 620 W - 5.5k. getting a good mouse and keyboard is also important to a gamer. get logitech g105- 2.8k and lenovo m6811 - 0.7k

But as his system is for gaming, a monitor would be better right? 40" TV, 1080p graphics will not be say stunning

ohh wait OP doesn't want a monitor right? I didn't notice :p here's the new rig -

Intel Xeon E3 1230 V3 ~17.5k
Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H ~5.5k
R9 290 ~30k
HyperBlueX 2x4GB ~ 5.5k
Seasonic S12II 620 W ~ 5.5k
Corsair 300R ~ 4.5k
WD Black 1TB ~5.5k

You can buy a San Disk 32GB SSD ~2k for faster booting if you want.

i will skip this to those people who have played/have been playing games on their 32/40" TV! I hope it is not that bad either.

i don't have a high end rig, i play on a 40" monitor with a GT 210, and let me tell you, that big screen makes a huge difference :D

I too don't have any experience regarding that. But I just went with the pixel density and stretching of the graphics.

I disagree with this due to personal experiance. i7-3770 loaded assembly in SE much faster than XEON.(I've worked on both processors in my office.

PS: That assembly had around 200 parts.
