I think the monitor is a waste. 3D is a pain. If at all you want 3D better get Nvidia Cards. And your requirements are a bit grainy...Im not sure what you actually want. Anyways I put across two best rigs at that budget ,choice is yours.

I think that 7970 should be included in the config instead of 7950. Tone down the other products a bit for it.

If he wants an Intel 3770K its hard to tone down. A 3570K would be able to do the tone down part but he wants a 3770K and hence the Z chipset so altogether....impossible with quality parts.Over that there is a 3D monitor!

Some how within his specified scope of work the AMD is looking more sensible a buy.

3D is more of a gimmick right now. Its not matured yet, also if he plays on 3D means half the frame he is getting which basically means very good GPU and 7950 can't handle for all games AFAIK. Its better to go with regular setup rather than the 3D.
And yes you are right, Incinerator, AMD would be good for him.

The amd rig looks great because of that 7970.

Unless a 3d monitor is specifically required, ditch it.
Spend the saved money on,
1. another 8gb ram
2. wd 1tb black
3. Depending on OC level, start from a CM hyper 212 Evo
4. consider a 7870 cf

You should aim for active 3d and a good nvidia card like 670 and active nvidia 3d glasses to enjoy 3d to the fullest....

Go for gtx660 sli, it costs the same as 7970 but gives much better performance,

i5 3570k (14000)
msi Z77A-GD65 (13000)
Zotac GTX660 x2 (15000+15000)
Cooler Master hyper 412 slim (3000)
Cooler master scout 2 (6000)
Corsair tx650 (5600)
G.Skill RipjawsZ 1600 MHz 4 GB x2 (1700+1700)
WD black 1 TB (5500)

total: 93500

Active or Inactive both a pain after 30 minutes. And I hate the unfocused characters in a screen with the primary character looking sharp and the rest bit blurry. But then that is a necessary evil.......and that is the fountainhead of the pain of 3D!

I wont recommend Sli for 3D. At the moment a pain with drivers and gameplay.

I think OP can opt for a Passive 3D display. LG offers some of the 23" and 24" Models based on their Cinema 3D technology around 15K to 17K. They are very good for 3D Movie watching and decent for 3D gaming. Passive 3D gaming won't hurt eyes and doesn't have the health related problems associated with Active 3D for most of the people.

According to several Reviews
Asus VG23AH Review: Semi-Glossy 72hz Passive 3D IPS
passive 3D monitor - 3D Vision Blog
Asus VG23AH: 72hz Semi-Glossy Passive 3D (1920x540) IPS

its good

and I have experienced the active 3d (in my friends house .. ) . i have glasses and it strains my eye after some mins of use and after wards it gives me headache
so i turned to passive 3d

1.And it will be my first passive 3d monitor , and without the 3d it is a good IPS LED Monitor ................ Thats why i opted for it

Q1.What Monitor do you guys Suggest (in Place of ASUS) ?

2.I am waiting for the AMD 8000 Series and so Not buying a Graphics Card Now.

Q3."1TB Toshiba DT01ACA100 - Rs 4300" So are these better than WD and Seagate ?

4."Corsair TX650V2UK" I have a 450 W PSU from my present Computer ........... Can i use it for the time being ?

and Also Suggest a Alternative Monitor if you Dont Like this One

Q1.Do I need a CPU Cooler ? ................ i read that i7 runs very cool
Q2.Master Scout 2 = Pricey
i Chose NZXT Phantom 410 (Reviewed in This Months DIGIT)
3.I will be doing Emulation , VM , Xilinx , AutoCAD ............ So i7 will be better than i5 ................... Dont you think ?
4."msi Z77A-GD65"................ Z77X-UP5-TH is a bit more advanced
5."dell S2440L" ........ Need a IPS LED..

1. Are you sure you want to wait for nearly a year ??
2. Actually WD makes Toshiba drives.
3. If not buying GPU then I guess you can use it. Please mention the model no. for better answers.
4. Yes very reliable, I can most reliable product in the market as of now. Comes with 5 year warranty.
5. If you are going to OC then you need a Third Party CPU Cooler
6. Not a good decision to wait for 8xxx series, you'll not be able to play games for nearly a year.
7. i7 runs cool but you are in India, ambient temperature is higher than the rest of the world. But if you don't overclock its fine, if OC then you have to invest money in this.
8. Yes for that i7 will be better and AMD 8350 would also be better, I suggest you to go for AMD if you going to do multi threaded task more often.
9. Yes more advanced but at 18-19K.
10. Don't know much about monitors, others will guide you.
11. Good to know that you didn't. ;)

HD 8000M series is not GCN 2.0 as the Desktop 8000 series is going to be, it is based on the current GCN architecture.
