Ans: Windows 10 Home along with Ubuntu

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: Min - 1TB / Max 2TB - I might buy a SSD in future

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I already have the monitor - Screen Size 18.5, Aspect Ratio 16:9, Resolution 1366x768

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I dont need monitor , keyboard and mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: within 2 weeks

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: by an assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Hyderabad - Telangana. Online purchase/Offline purchase Both are preffered if the prices are less.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: regarding Cabinet - I want it more spacious / easy cable management. Regarding CPU - I'm thinking to prefer Ryzen build but I shall keep a open mind. Regarding GPU - if the budget doesnt satisfy with other components - I'm willing to buy budget GPU and later upgrade in the future.I'm a beginner - Please let me know if anymore information is needed. Thankyou !

Meltdown and Spectre: ‘worst ever’ CPU bugs affect virtually all computers

My suggestion is to go with Ryzen based system even if it is a bit slower than Intel in gaming. The main reason is that patches for "meltdown" on intel systems may cause noticeable performance drop/other issues on some systems while AMD processors are at least not affected by "meltdown" bug.

Thank you Bssunilreddy!

But I don't need a Monitor and kB/mouse. I already have it . Perhaps that amount can be use in Processor and Graphics cards?

And also Should I buy 2×4GB RAM card or single 8GB card.

I heard that buying 2×4GB is better.

Buying two 4gb ram sticks won't be better than buying a single 8gb ram stick,at least not in practical terms(unless you count milli & micro seconds). Also if you like playing good mainstream games then don't go below 1060 6GB card.1050Ti is ok for 1080p gaming for many games now but I think you will start feeling its limitations within a year or two.

I heard that buying 2×4GB is better.
2x 4GB is better than single 8GB RAM.
But right now buy a single 8GB RAM and in future upgrade to another 8GB to make it 2x8 = 16GB
Dual channel mode is better for gaming

how long can you wait ? if you can wait till April then go for 2nd gen Ryzen CPU's , otherwise pick R5 1600 ( recently received official price cut ask retailers "if" /when it will be implemented in india - likely next month around 1500-2000 Rs cut)

But see if you can find a decent 1050TI for 12-12.5k "now" as prices may increase

IMO Stick to 1050TI for now , save money now and change it after a year or so when you change monitor .. ( Gtx 1060 is 1.5 years old already now , and they'll release 2060 this year which will likely bring big improvement for similar price + 1050ti is good enough for 720P with your current monitor )

get a single 8gb stick .. Dual channel only makes a significant difference if you are using IGPU

You have some extra budget get Corsair Tx 550M for Rs 5700 for higher quality + long warranty/durability

Thank you for your Reply !

I've waited far too long. I have to build within 2 weeks.

What's the difference between 1600 and 1600x - I believe 1600x means Overclocking! And I'm making a Long Term Build (3-5years). As you suggested I might purchase higher GPU later in the year. But R5 1600x has 6 cores and soon games will utilize the cores according to my knowledge.

So right now I'm thinking about R5 1600x coupled with GTX 1050ti + 8GB RAM would be sufficient???. .... - later I will upgrade GPU and Add One more RAM stick.

Secondly , Does the Online (Amazon) and Retail store prices differ !? If so How much ?? Any tips how to approach Offline Stores? Do the prices differ between different stores!?

Thank you

^1600 and 1600x are almost same. 1600x can get bit higher stable overclocks. Get 1600 as it comes with stock cooler which is good enough for moderate overclocks.

The Don's Decision.
If you want To go for a gaming or a little bit of mutitasking.. a i3 7100 is enough for ur use..gaming doesnt need a high end cpu ..matters on gpu ... Save some on other parts and better go more on gpu

I would prefer
i3 7100 -8.5k
Msi h110m Pro vh plus -3.6k
Corsair cx500w psu- 2.5k
1td hdd -3.2k
Zotac gtx 1060 amp edition 6gb gddr5 -30k
The above gpu supports better gaming for vr and also 4k ..Upgrade Ur monitor or use it with a tv of higher res
Corsair value series 8gb -5.5k
Pc case - ur choice

Total 53k

7100 is not enough for CPU heavy RTS/MOBA games. 6GB GTX 1060 doesn't costs 30k. Cabinet is also important for the config. Using a TV as monitor is a bad idea generally.
