Paypal expanded use enrollment

Did any body used or done this expanded use program enrollment for paypal transactions.

On dated 06 Nov 2005 i have made an transaction using my netsafe card at paypal for fullfilling the use of paypal account verification. and for that 1.95$ has been charged from my netsafe card, though i received that charged pricing in my statement later , but i didnt get a 4digit number which will be given to me as an expanded use number for my paypal transactions.

so what should i do now.??

Don't know... but Harikatt I need your help in signing up for Paypal. I am getting error when entering my phone number is the sign up place. It says not a valid phone number.

Can you tell whats my correct format?

My ISD is +91, STD is 044 and phone no. is 44444444.(random)

Then what should I enter? Please help...

YES.. TRY TO USE 44 INSTEAD OF 044 . MAY BE THATS THE PROBLEM.


but my problem for expanded use number is solved and i am now verified to use paypal.

i have enrolled for that and i got that digit in my statement

which bank did u use for that,, i used HDFC
