p2p problem

hi friends,

when ever i try to connect my pc with the laplot through p2p wire, it says the access is denied, i have four os in my pc, windows fd, xp, xp2 and longhorn and 1 in my laptop windows fd. I am getting ping from that ip but couldnt able to access the folders shared.

Here i can play the games on lan, there it works fine, the prob is only with the sharing part.
any one pls help me.
