hey i overclocked my branded hp pavilion 8612 which comprised of
P3 600Mhz EB
ASUS mew-am
256 mb PC133 sdram
Samsung Spin point SV40
Liteon 48x cdrom
Aureal Vortex 8810 soundcard
56K modem
earlier it worked like snail
but now it has started to work nicely
i identified its PLL(ie ICS 9250-23) and overclocked it to 697.55MHz
the only thing i missed was CPU and RAM voltage controls which is generally in BIOS but my branded PC has nothing 2 offer in BIOS as it is made by HP itself.
Will u ppl b able 2 tell me if any software can changer multipliers of CPU and able to change CPU and RAM voltage????.
