Can any help me in overclocking my CPU, am a novice 
!!!!
Well its 2yr 9mths old proccy, and I want to overclock it.
Can you guys give me detailed steps to follow, and also mentioning the required softwares, any harware purchases ( heat sink etc....) or something (then mention the model also) else.
I followed the overclocking thread, but didn't understand most of the terms etc. So can u guys guide me in to this plz......and how much extra performance will I able to get out of it by doing this.
PC CONFIG:
Processor - AMD PHENOM II X4 945
Motherboard - MSI 790 GX-G65
RAM - Transcend 4GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
PSU - CORSAIR GS 600W
Graphic card - NVIDIA GEFORCE PALIT 560
HDD- Seagate 500GB
