over clocking laptop

i am opearating dell inspiran 1525 laptop and its configuration

mobile intel(R) 965 express chipset family
intel core 2 duo processor at 2.0 ghz
2gb ram

i want to know how to overclock my processor and what is the safe limit????

Dude , overclocking the laptop CPU is really mad one , rather u cant overclock more maybe little like

2.0 to 2.2Ghz may be the final not more than that , u cant overclock extreme

Forget about the overclocking .
