I am not an expert but I feel your system might be infected with a trojan. Many such malwares disguise themselves by naming themselves as system files including svchost.exe. Most often they reside outside system32 folder. Anyway, scan your computer using Ashampoo antispyware2. It detected many on my system that were not detected by Adware, Avast, Spybot S&D, windows defender etc.
