Just buy redmi note 7s,there are some good debloat MiUI guides on xda forum which don't require root or even unlocked bootloader.In worst case scenario you always have the option of custom rom.

Custom rom developers are working for free on their own time. They don't unlock anything and as for the paid services, I don't trust them enough. Official service center can do that here for free.

I was talking about the bug hunters who are OP employees and are paid well.
About your bootloader unlock, I lost the link of the thread where the guy unlocks for Huawei/Honor phone's. Will pm you if I find it again.
