Hello digitians this is my first post and I need your help to buy my first pc for office purposes.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans: Only for running an accounting software, Web browsing and uploading. No videos, music or gaming

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans: 20000/- extendable to 25000/- Max

3. Planning to overclock?

Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?

Ans: Windows 8 (already have the os purchased).

5. How much hard drive space is needed?

Ans: 250 Gb or even lesser is ok

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

Ans: Yes I want a new monitor of 18.5 inches screen size. A Lot of Typing and Reading and Designing

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?

Ans: Graphics Card, Operating System, Case

8. When are you planning to buy the system?

Ans: Within this week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?

Ans: Built one before

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?

Ans: Mumbai. Locally

11. Anything else which you would like to say?

Ans: Want The CPU to be of Intel. Have had very bad experiences with AMD. if possible a Micro ATX Build

Thanks to digit for providing a forum to seek help from the experts.
Kindly help me in building my office pc
Thank you!

Intel G3020??? Typo?
Should this build need VP450p and tesseract?
If 18.5" enough, he can save by going for 1914h, right?

it should be better if you go with assembled config. will be better than a similarly priced AIO.

Absolutely NO! Celeron Dual Core Processor vs i3 4130? There is no comparison between these two. The suggested config can beast the hell out of this crap AIO.

But why get something inferior when the superior is available at same price? Celeron is NOTHING in front of an i3. And no it;s not powerful enough to run 8.1 or Office 13 smoothly.
