Windows drivers version 181.00 and Linux drivers version 180.11.02 provide full OpenGL 3.0 and GLSL 1.30 support.

I think this one will release with GTX295, heard it runs with a beta driver, must be this one.

And Ithought OpenGL 3.0 support was already introed in this:

for OpenGL 3.0, you need DirectX 10 capable GPUs atleast.
