Nvidia Geforce GTX Titan Z Dual GPU GFX card has just been anounced... a 3000$ Card...

Titan Z is priced at $3k. Titan Black and 780ti are available for ~$1k. So wouldn't getting 3 titan blacks (compute centric) or three 780ti (gaming centric) be better than getting one titan black?

Surely it will but for those people who doesnt care about money and want intense power wouldnt it be better for them to get 3 Titan black cards.

But what happens when you need more performance? Probably SLI of Titan Z is a better idea.

You can only SLI 2 TITAN Z cards because they are already in SLI. SLI Titan Z is still insufficient for 3 4k monitors set up side by side making a resolution of 12k as done at microsoft.
