NUC vs Full PC

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
self developed POS software(C#-WinForm),
Microsoft Office,
Firefox,
iVMS4200 (CCTV Live from CCTV DVR->PC via LAN) - CPU HUNGRY
4Gig RAM

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:
18K-22K Max
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: NO! its office use! reliability! dust is a big issue here

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 8 (No 10 since it is killing my bandwidth with updates)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 120GB SSD Preferred since fed up with data backup and reliability of HDD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Need a Cheap Quality one if I get a NUC (separate from System Budget)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: -no optical drive

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: This month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Built 4

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Locally not possible since not all components are available

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: SSD must, and Lots of Dust in the place, cant avoid!
Wondering if Power adapter of NUC fails what to do?
Cooling Fan Fail then?

Intel NUC KIT NUC5I3RYH 5th GEN Core I 3 5010U Gige Wlan BT 4 0 Barebone PC | eBay

Rs.18,879 without RAM & HDD i3 5th gen. cons imo are only 4 USB ports(3.0) [mouse,kb,printer and left with only 1]

currently I manage 6 desktop PC's [g620,g3220,g3240,intel c2d x2] which are a headache to clean, remove every thing, clean every thing, hard to carry from place to place for cleaning. more fan = more dust. I'm hoping that the NUC fan runs minimal with the BIOS tweak which is given by Intel itself for switching on/off the fan with our set % setting ...so fan remains off all the time except very hot. and cover up the thing in a big sealed enclosure with 1 vent for the exhaust so it remains dust free?
