NSU Damaged My PC...Help!!!

Recently I try to install Nokia Software Updater (NSU) frm my frnd's pen drive.It failed to install n my PC freezes.So I reboot PC manually to begin installation again.But after windows loads the screen wents blank n nothing happens further.I try booting frm Safe Mode but after couple of files loaded,it again stop responding I don't know wht's happening n wht d hell did d installation do with my PC Please tell me how to fix it...I don't wana loose all my files n data.I'm using WinXP Pro...THANKS FOR UR SUPPORT

the pen drive might hav been infected with a virus.. Nsu has nothing to do with it

boot 4m a xp pro cd and repair ur xp installation
