Whats difference between notebook and netbook?

Easy to describe with Intel, but not necessarily so.

Anything with the intel i3, i5, and i7 is a notebook

Anything with an intel atom processor is a net book.

A netbook (=a computer for internet {surfing}) is just a weak notebook.

It's just a laptop with smaller screen, slower processor, less RAM, slower GPU(or none), lesser weight and better battery life. It is designed for portability and basic use.
