NOTE 3 UNUSABLE

Hi everyone,

My note 3 has developed a problem. It is switching on but homescreen doesnt load , it says system process is not responding and ok and wait options appear on the dialog box.

pressing the physical button twice does bring up the s voice assistant but thats all.

Please tell me how to get this repaired. Will I need to buy a new phone?

By going into the recovery menu using physical buttons. There would be a way to do it. Usually Vol Up + Power button does that.

note 3 goes into factory reset by power + Vol. up + home button as i found out by googling.
Now I took out the stylus and reinserted it the other day so the UI started working normally but the battery drained faster and the phone heated up pretty badly connected to the pc, heat center seemed to be beneath the camera.
I was able to transfer some data but couldn't back up the whole device.
Now I am unsure if I should put it on charge again or not coz the whole board was heating up, the camera being the hottest.
I had planned to transfer all data and then reset it on my own but now this battery issue makes me thinks twice.

If your mobile is rooted, you can try any custom ROM to see if the issue is still happening.
