Nortan Problem

Hey guys yesterday i tried installing nortan internet security2006 on my pc but it gave me an error telling that C:\Windows\Installer\(filename)
already exists,Pls Rename or delete the file and continue installation or click cancel.Now the problem is in my windows folder the installer folder is hidden,
so normally 1clciks on tools-folder options-.... to view hidden o system files.
But there is no 'Folder Options' option in my tool bar neither it is there in my control panel....
Can anybody help me Plzzzzzzz
Same is the problem with Nortansystemworks2006 and NortanAntivirus2005.

Bajaj Folder Options is not there on ur toolbar coz u have disabled it.....\
To enable it..Right click on the toolbar==>customise=>Then from available tool bars select folder options and then click on add.


Then if u can delete it fine but if it gives any errors then ........Boot in safe mode then delete the file u will be surely be able to do so..
