Nokia PC Suite - Messages

Hi All,

I have a N73 Music Edition. Once i had copied all my Message's, contact's in my mobile to my pc, as i had to format my memory card due as it was showing memory full, please delete some data. This used to happen if i restore from my memory card.

After formatting. It is fine now.

But i am unable to copy the messages back to my mobile using Nokia PC Suite. Can i know what should be done, or is there any software for this. Please do let me know.

I used to get Phone Memory Low, Delete some data.

Even though i had not installed any stuffs in Phone Memory, later it became in such a way it started showing 0kB free in phone memory.
