NO SHUTDOWN!

hey my computer was infected by a trojen horse a few days back.a removed the virur succfully through avast's lastest defination
file.the virus name was win32_trojen{other}. after its removal my windows do not shutdown,restart,hibernate or even stanby.
even power button on cabinet do not work.

plese slove my problem

or

shutdown -s

i tried but the explorer shutsdown & after that computer HANGS.
