No Horizontal scroll bar IE7

When I access some sites like panoramio.com or Orkut, the horizontal scroll bar just does not come up in IE 7. There’s no way to scroll to the right though contents are there.
This does not happen with every site but only a few select sites as mentioned
I have tried changing the screen resolution as well but no luck

Just don't use IE7. Use Firefox/Opera/Chrome.
