No Ethernent Driver for Vista for Compaq PresarioF739AU

I have Compaq Presario F739AU. I am using vista enterprise and XP. In XP wirlesss lan and Ethernet both works. But in vista Ethernet doesnt work due to not adequate driver. I tried hard to find driver over the net but failed. Same problem exists with Home Premium.

The only place to find driver is compaq website. was your laptop preloaded with XP or Vista??

I have tried compaq site and downloaded some packages from there but to get no gain.

Yes I have Lan Driver for XP
