A friend of mine orders many grocery stuff in flipkart's Rs.1 deals of the day(many times got sugar/oil pack etc) & there was this amazon pantry offer recently giving 200 of on order of 750.:) These are some good savings for a family/married person but probably not for someone who is single & shops offline mainly. Btw have you checked sbi simplysave card,it gives effectively 2.5% off on all offline debit card spends at stores.

P.S. good luck reaching your desired bmi :)
I tried getting those deals but flipkart doesn't deliver them in my pincode. :|
Isn't that a credit card? Would look into it but like I said, I don't shop much and when I do, I buy for ~2 months in wholesale (using ICICI credit card).

Yeah, pin code is a limitation(but I thought you are in a metro city).

Yes it is a credit card, how much reward points are you getting anyway using that icici card because as far as I know only good card from icici for budget shoppers doing online transactions is amazon pay card & it is also easier to get for those already using icici credit card.It is life time free so apply for it if you haven't already. For offline shopping sbi simplysave card is one of the best option, its equivalent card is sbi simplyclick which gives effectively 2.5% on amazon purchases & 1.25% off on other online spends(wallet load excl).

Hyderabad is metro city, I live ~20 KMs away from Secunderabad Jn.
I just checked and I get 2% points or 0.5% effective cashback on my coral card. I got it just as my first CC and didn't have to pay any annual/joining fee because it is linked with salary account.

Yeah,ICICI coral is the standard card given for free to those having salary acc there. Actually such cards are just meant to build a good foundation for your cibil score before you move on to better credit cards. Anyway apply for icici amazon pay card as I think you should get it easily plus it is free anyway. In future take sbi simplyclick(for online shopping/sbi amazon offers) or simplysave card too(if spending good amount swapping card at local grocery stores).

I don't shop much and buy things only when it becomes necessary (or I live frugally).
For groceries and stuff, I go to local d-mart where most things in my list are at 50% off on MRP.
Clothes, well, I've lost a lot of weight in past 8 months (and still loosing ~1 KG/week). I would buy new ones when I've reached my desired BMI and build. :D
1 Kg in a week? I hope everything's well.
