Nfs carbon specifications plz..?

am having Intel 845 GV chipset mdb with Onboard 64 MB graphics , 512 MB DDR ram , 80 WDD ide HDD

Is it possbile to play NFS carbon& Cricket 2007 in my config ???

i played NFS most wanted in min settings it runned fine ...

i installed NFS carbon Demo from digit DEc 2006 dvd but it shows error ...

my free space in my OS drive (xp) is 700 MB now....
