Hi

I am planning to upgrade my system and really require some expert help. I hope you will guide me.

I am a casual gamer, an avid music listner and a movie buff. I am also a performance freak.

I have a maximum budget of Rs. 30000 for the following components.

CPU
Mobo
RAM
AGP card
HDD
Cabinet
FDD

I have been delaying my upgradation waiting for the NForce4 based boards. But now that the boards are finally out they are costing a bomb. The ASUS board costs Rs. 18000. What should i do now? Please suggest a good configuration within my budget that is reasonably future proof for the next 3 yrs or so. I am open both to Intel as well as AMD. In case I go in for AMD should it be socket 939 or 754?

Thanx for the advise
