Next gen graphics for 15k

Ok,so the PS4 has the equivalent of a HD 7850. For a new rig, should I get:
HD 7850 OC edition 2gb gddr5/maybe 7870 if prices drop
Nvidia gtx 650 amp! Edition 2gb gddr5
Palit nvidia gtx 660 2 gb

Any other suggestions? I prefer AMD, as both consoles have custom built gpu and GDDR5 2 gb worth of memory. Again, next gen, so should be able to play upcoming games like The Witcher 3 and Tom Clancy's The Division(Snowdrop Engine is frickin fantastic ).

Sure, but both HD 7850 and 7870 leave 660 in the dust when overclocked. The memory used is higher too(256 bit compared to 192). And is Zotac more reliable than Asus?

It certainly does look better. Anything in particular I should know while going for this card(like Asus is better than MSI)?

Iam building a whole new rig, not just upgrading. Psu and Ram will be based on the processor & gpu i get.

Looks like R9 270x it is then. Also I have posted a few questions about the upcoming AMD kaveri processor in the cpu section, if you folks could take a look.
