After formatting & installing Windows 7 on my newly built PC & installing Graphics Card drivers via CD, installing Gigabyte Motherboard Chipset drivers with additional softwares provided by the CD in the box, the PC became too slow that it was taking 10-15 mins to perform a click operation like opening task manager from task bar.
I only installed ZTE's USB dongle besides the above two.
To diagnose, I inserted a bootable Windows 7 pen drive which I used it to install my windows in the first place. After loading windows files it stopped at the "Starting Windows" screen with the colourful logo. The same is also happening when I restart my PC & the OS already installed.
I am not getting what's the problem.

WD Green 1TB,

Corsair Value Select 4GB,
Zotac Geforce 610,
