Nexus 5 is a good choice.
Also if you have to choose amongst the options you have then go for HTC One.

And if you are much into Night photo go for Nokia lumia 920.

Nexus would be in your budget as well so have a hands on look the opt for one my friend uses an HTC one and it works great.

it is coming soon then expect it soon. may be within one month :) can't say exactly though

nexus 5 will be best and its coming in couple of weeks too :)

I've seen nexus 4 and I don't really like the vanilla interface, I got bored of it pretty soon.

Yes, even I'm inclined towards HTC one, only one thing is keeping me from it is the camera, I know it performs great in low light but not so good in decent light conditions.

Is butterfly good enough? I like it better. Pleases the eye.

It has much older gen hardware, its specs are similar to Xperia ZL, which is much cheaper.
Optimus G2 seems a good choice for that price. Try to get its demo before buying. It has volume buttons & power button below camera. If its of no problem to u, then get it

Otherwise, Xperia Z1 is a good phone for a bit higher price than G2, but its overall a bigger phone, in terms of dimensions + its screen size is 5" compared to 5.2" in G2. But its waterproof, so no worries in rain

Thanks for the info. M all confused between g2 and one, I personally don't like xperia UI so z1 is out. Will buy LG g2 or HTC one.

In the zone
Then ill be going for LG g2 most likely, but only after checking out nexus 5 coz it seems like one hell of a phone for 33k.

Good decision. Im eager myself to see how the amazing hardware of nexus 5 fares against its paltry battery (since nexus 4 had already made a name for worst battery backup in class)
