New PC

I was thinking of upgrading my PC, as it is very old.
I have a P4 computer and will be changing everything except the case and ups.
I will use it for casual gaming. FIFA, PES, HAWX, COD, GTA etc, nothing too high.. and at a low resoluton. 1280 or 1360

I thought of the following build. Options in each category given:

Processor: Intel only.

Intel i5 2300 Rs.10379
Intel i5 2310 Rs.10005
Intel i5 2400 Rs.11235
Intel i5 2500 Rs.12305

Motherboard:

ASUS P8H67-M PRO Rs.8649
ASUS P8H67-M EVO Rs.9609
Intel BLKDP67DE P67 Rs.6775
Other recommendations for motherboards welcome.
Criteria: Less than 9k, USB3, PATA support preferred. Good Brand.

Graphics card:

Nvidia GTX 550Ti Rs.9000+
Nvidia GTS 450 Rs. 7000+
or wait for the Nvidia GT 545 GDDR5 to release

ATI Radeon 6670 Rs.5500+
ATI Radeon 6770 Rs.8000+
ATI Radeon 6750 Rs.7000+

Will cards like the GT 520 be able to play Cod, HAWX, GTA 4etc??

What PSU to use???
I think about 400W+??
Any good brands, with true power rating????
Please recommend a PSU.

500GB Seagate HDD too.

Any recommendations welcome!

Sorry: I forgot to post the template! Here goes!

1. What is the purpose of the computer? (Note: If you are planning to say multimedia, you will have to be more specific as all types of systems are capable of doing that)
A: Word, Internet and playing games: not hardcaore resolutions like 1680+, but 1280/1024 and games like HAWX, Cod, GTA, Crysis on low etc..

2. Are you open to alternate ideas/products giving similar better performance but offering more VFM/ sellers? If not- why?
A: Im an Intel and Nvidia person. AMD and ATI not wanted.

3. What is your MAX budget?
A:35000. Im only talking about: CPU, Mobo, HDD, Monitor, VGA card.

4. Planning to overclock?
A:No

5. Which OS are you planning to use?
A:Windows 7 Ultimate

6. How much hard drive space is needed?
A:500GB

7. What resolution will the screen run at & whats the size of the screen you want? If you already want have one and want to use it, mention its resolution and size.
A: Will go for a new 17-18.5 Inch screen. 1280/ 1024 resolution

8. How would you rate your hardware knowledge from the count of 1-10? (1 being the lowest, 5 being you are somewhat in sync with the current performers and 10 being the highest)
A: 9

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
A: Assembler

10. When are you planning to buy the system?
A: Anytime in 6 months. I dont mind waiting for good products that have been anounced

11. Are you one of the types looking out for "future proof" configurations?
A: Yes.

12. Are there going to be any components that you don't want to include in this new rig? If yes, do mention.
A: AMD/ ATI products.

13. Which city do you live in and are you open to buying from shops from other city/states?
A: Goa

14. Mention any other points if deemed necessary
A: Im not sure about the PSU. Im thinking if:
i5 2400, Intel mobo, GTS 450/ GTX 550ti, 1 HDD and 1 DVD, 450W PSU should do. But the question is which brand: VIP, Corsiar or Antec. Corsair and Antec are 2k +, but VIP is cheaper. I heard VIP doesnt actually supply the given rating and might have to go in for and more expensive 600W VIP for a true 450W rig.

AND:
Sorry for posting ATI Graphics prices. I will not be using ATI.
And when i use Nvidia, most probably i will go for a SPARKLE product.

And another thing. I have a new LG DVD writer, but it is PATA, most intel mobos dont support IDE/PATA, what to do? Buy a SATA or is there any other way???

is psu within the 35k budget?
and you also need DDR3 ram. you have it already?

do not get that VIP or similar.

why so much against amd? :-D
a 6870 for 11k would have been a better choice.

and that 550ti is not vfm. GTX460 768MB @ 8.4k is better. further is 6850.

Sorry, I forgot about the RAM.
4GB will come to about 3k.
I'll be getting a H67 mobo from Intel.
I'll get a 18/19 inch LED monitor from LG
About the Radeon. I only want Nvidia: they seem to be more reliable.
I want a graphics card of max value 10k. That means GTX 550ti at the most. No GTX 560! Probably going for saprkle GTS 450.
Yes, PSU is within the budget!
VIP is not good? sure?:?:
