You know your CPU is not officially support Win 11. I guess you installed that with some work around, so updates too would need some work around I assume. I don't know which software ditches older version this quick, you sure about that? Even Win 10 supports is still on.
My pc got updated automatically to win 11 without any additional work.

I thought only from Zen 2, Win 11 supports. If it got updated on it's own, there shouldn't be any issue. Google and see if there is any fix for your issue - like enabling TPM, secure boot and any other setting to make it compatible for Win11. BIOS update if needed, check the remarks before updating to newer version.
