Save money on RAM and go for 2666MHz, unless you plan to upgrade your CPU in future or opt for AMD platform.
What is the budget for 2.1 speakers? Generally, Logitech Z623/Z625 are best budget 2.1 setup.
If you want something for less than check the models from Sony, F&D etc and decide based on online reviews.

Instead of xpg s11 go for wd blue sn550 500gb for 5k.
Also do you really need that 2gb graphic card for 7k? It is better to go with a processor that has integrated graphics for now.
11400 is the budget king right now but for that you will need b560 mobo.
Or you can just put the money of the gpu in the processor and get 10600k.

if u havent confirmed buying yet
then
benq 27" gw2780 -14500(multiple cheaper options available like at 12k if u go online, this one is my preference tho)
i5 11400 -17000 max offline will be cheaper
hyper x fury ddr4 3200mhz-8800 to 9000(for 8gb*2)
asrock b560 pro4 -11600 (mdcomputers price) [switch off the power limit option in bios so that cpu gives its real performance]
wd blue sn550 500gb ssd-5300(there are multiple options under 5300 like kingston, seagate, crucial etc)
wd blue 1tb hdd -3500
corsair psu/thermaltake 80plus brnze 550w- 3750/3500
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
total 64650/64400
buy the rest of items for 5600k
if not possible u can save money on monitors by lookin at other options which has ips ,eye protection etc which matters to u

in august 5 amd will launch 5600g in consumer market if the prices are similar go with that and mobo of amd is cheaper than intel
so u might get everything else in ur budget
*that list is very bad and dont go with that ,assemble the pc urself if u can imo
*go with anything else than that list:}

The 165Hz IPS variant is priced normally at 13.5k and went for as low as 10.5k (9.5k with credit card discounts).
