New Pc for office use

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Only for running an accounting & Inventory software and for web browsing. No gaming whatsoever.
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:35000 to 40000 inclusive vat bill.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Nope

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows7 or may be 8.1

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1TB-7200 Rpm

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes.22 inches. FHD (1900X1020p) with HDMI slot
Or 20 inches.HD with LED Backlit.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Graphic card, Windows OS,Speakers & UPS.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:In July, within first 3 weeks if the prices are reasonable in the market for each component.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Will take help of an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Mumbai. Yes will buy locally but if any component is really cheaper online can think of buying the same.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:Why is it that we need to buy Smps & Cabinets separately instead of buying a local cabinet with inbuilt smps?
What is the difference between WD HDD & Seagate Barracuda HDD & why one is better from other?
What is the difference between G.skill Ripjawsx & Corsair Vengeance Rams & 1600 mhz vs 1333 mhz & why is it so expensive currently?
Pls. Suggest the best config. with expected final price for the rig.

Thx. For the config. & prices guys.
But are these prices inclusive of vat or exclusive vat?
And which mb is better among the two - Ga-H81M-S2PV or GA-H81M-S2PH.
Also, confused with the choice of Cabinet?
Pls. Guide a bit more on this!

Whoaa! I seriously believe u should not go for Ga-H81M-S2PV as Ga-h81m-s2ph (rev.2.0)is the latest version in H81 series & comes with HDMI slot whereas the former has DVI port support and not HDMI.
Also, Deepcool TESSERACT isn't available locally but only @ it depot online.

^^ Why in this world you need i5 for office use ??

Even i believe i3 will suffice for strict office use!
Anyhow still confused with the choice of boards and cabinet?
Checked on Gigabytes official website and found that ga-h81m-s2ph indeed looks better than ga-h81m-s2pv in terms of HDMI +4k ultra hd resolution support over unnecessary dvi port in ga-h81m-s2pv which I think can be done without. Wat do experts have to say on this?
Regard. Cabinet is there any other equivalent or better cabby than Deepcool TESSERACT in the same price range of 2.5k as the same isn't available in the local market here!!

Bold parts are the one I'll suggest. Prices are very good, especially for the HDD.
