My suggestion:

FX 6300 (7200)
Gigabyte 970A DS3 (5500)
Kingston HyperX blu 1600 MHz 4 GB (2600)
Sapphire HD7790 (10000)
Seasonic S12II 430W (3600)
NZXT Gamma (2300)

total: 31,200

I will upgrade my GPU but not planning to do that atm. Will see how my gefore 9400 gt perform with new CPU.
30-35k budget don't include GPU.
I can assemble myself but assembler is my friend so no extra cost anyway.
Well I prefer intel cuz my current 6-7 yr old rig has intel dual core and I never had any issue with it yet. Its still in good condition.
No idea about IGP, can you explain why it matters here ?

> If you will upgrade the GPU later, then that's fine. But, instead of upgrading later, why not invest just 5-7 k more now and get GTX 660? The rig I've mentioned is perfectly enough for gaming.

> That's no reason not to buy AMD processor :)

> IGP: Integrated Graphic Processor, or simply inbuilt GPU. When you insert a graphic card in PC, the integrated graphics automatically get disabled. It's not of any concern if you'll be using a graphic card.

Looking for mobo with USB 3.0 support.Prefer Intel rig. Don't want processor with inbuilt GPU.Will upgrade VRAM latter.
Please include Vram in suggestion too but keep it out of budget limit.

> I think you don't know what VRAM is. VRAM or Video RAM is the ram module integrated on a graphic card. YOU CANNOT UPGRADE/ADD VRAM. If a graphic card comes with 1 GB ram, it will stay 1 GB for it's entire life.

There is absolutelly no gaming performance disperence between any two different models of i5. At 14k, its not a good value. 4430 will perform similarly to 4570 in all apps.

i5 4570 will be better imo as it supports hyperthreading and trusted execution technology.

> It won't provide much gaming performance gain for the extra 3k. bad value IMO.

> What exactly do you mean by trusted execution? Do you mean Data Execution prevention?

About Price , difference is 1.5-2k only. Intel® TSX-NI(efficient multithreading, not for gaming but little extra for programmers) is one of 3 extra feature and a bonus of 0.2GHz speed.
BTW check this :ARK | Compare Intel® Products
Why not pick i5 3570 , is Haswell give any advantage over Ivy bridge in general (not just games) ?
I decided to add 10-15k extra for GPU, and prob get gtx 660 or 650 ti boost 2gb.
can you give more options for mobo and Cabinet in case I can't found those in market ?

i5 doesnot supports hyperthreading,only i3 and i7 does.

@op get i5 4430 and there is no difference between 4430 and 4570 in real world gaming

Ok here 2 rigs in my mind now :
Intel:
i5 4430 (13000)/ i5 4570 if price diff is not high
Asus B85M (6500)/ or Gigabyte H87M-D3H @ 7.3K ??
Kingston HyperX blu 1600 MHz 4 GB x2 (5200)
Seasonic S12II 520W (4200)
NZXT Gamma (2300)

AMD:
FX 8350 (13000) / why not fx 6300 ? this looks better and within budget :)
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 (8100)/ why ? just copy from other posts
Kingston HyperX Blu 1600 MHz 4 GB (2500)
Seasonic S12II 520W (4200)
NZXT Gamma (2300)
Do I need to OC fx 8350 to get performance like i5 or I can skip OC ?

GPU : HD 7870 2 GB for 16.5K
gainward GTX 660 2 GB GDDR5 16k
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2 GB GDDR5 13k
