Barely you gotta resolution to 800x640 to get playable FPS of 30 in games like AC IV and Crysis 3. Games of Q2 2014 will probably not be playable at all.
The AMD Radeon 8570 will provide better performance.

I own a HD 4000 based laptop, some of the games that work well on it :
Darksiders 1,2, League of Legends, Dota 2, CS GO , Batman Arkham City , Dead Island etc
Dont try something like BF3 on it though
Its always better to get a dedicated GPU laptop though..

Better get the Lenovo one with 4th gen i3 & AMD GPU. Add an additional 4GB RAM afterwards(costs upto 2.5k max)
