This is a good initiative. In my opinion Digit should encourage such postings.
And I dont think it is going to help rather than hurt. And I've seen the jealousy of Digit Admins and Moderators who closely monitor the boards for spams.
I'd suggest Admins and Moderators in giving a thought about opening a specific board[No Spam] for jobs and recruitments.
