New Graphics Card.

I am planning to buy a powerful graphics card so that I can play latest games as well as games that will be released in near future at ultra high settings. My budget is 15 - 20 K. I have already went through the specs and reviews of many next generation cards and finally ended up in confusion as which will be the worth buying.

Can you guys help me out in this ?

My existing configuration:
Intel E8400 CPU 3.0 GHz.
MSI P7N Platinum SLI motherboard.
3 GB DDR2-800 memory.
Gigabyte 9800 GTX+ graphics card.

Is the CPU Core 2 Duo model??Moreover which PSU do you have?As a highend GPU needs a very good PSU.
Within 15-20k look for HD 6950 for around 17-18k.But if you can increase your budget to around 22k then look for either HD 6970 or GTX 570.

If you need PSU & Graphics card-
Gf card-MSI Radeon HD6870 1GB DDR5 ATI PCI E Graphic Cards-Rs 14400
PSU-Corsair VX 550-Rs 4850

Without Psu-As said by SSB1551 go for HD 6970 or GTX 570

Which series CM is it?Extreme or Real Power Pro??
If its Extreme then please forget about the PSU & go for the one suggested by amartya87.

My suggestion will be sell the Cooler Master 600W PSU and buy an new psu.CM 600W is not efficient.Buy an Corsair Vx 550 or HX 650.

@ssb1551 and @amartya87 Can you guys tell me why do you think that Cooler Master Extreme 600 W is not a better PSU ? Why Corsair Vx 550 is better than mine ? I thought more wattage means better PSU.

Sorry to interrupt you guys, I created this thread so that people can help me in choosing a powerful graphics card between ~15 - 20 K. Lets talk about that also... :)

Wattage aint the only criteria for a good PSU.If that would have been then Zebronics 600W would count as a better PSU than Corsair VX550(or VX450),which it aint. The quality of components, rail current & many more comes into factor(even I myself don't know all the criteria).
Think about it...whats the point of a bad, unreliable 600W/700W PSU when it can go off at any time & might take some other PC components down with it?Your CM extreme is just like that, a ticking time bomb!!!
