Please suggest another B660 motherboard as Gigabyte one is either unavailable or costing around 12K.

How to check. If motherboard support DDR5, as I read that B660 does support DDR5 and 13th gen CPU.

Also read somewhere that B660 doesn't support overclocking.
B660 may not support ddr5 but will support 13th gen with bios update when it will come.

MSI B660M A Pro for 14/15 depending on WiFi. Best budget B660M, will even handle i7 12700. Do not get DDR5 variant of B660 mobo, they exist. But your budget is limited & DDR5 is a waste of money for majority of users.

It should be ok:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Family

3060 recommends 550W, but for gaming 500W should be fine as well. You will not be using a power intensive CPU as well.

If you want a new one, can consider the one I recommended earlier, PM650D.

I use a 6 year old Seasonic SS620 for my 5800x + 1070 build. You'd be fine with the 520.

Do you mean s12ii 620?

Its surprising to see these older psus doing so well even with newer pcs, given that they were generally regarded as unreliable for being based on an older group regulated design.

Yes Seasonic S12ii 620. You have take such criticisms with a pinch of salt, most reviews are now paid for marketing purposes.
