Hi,

Please note any DDR-II RAM will run together but the frequency in which they will work in depend on the lowest running frequency among the both.

For example, you may buy 800 MHz 2GB, it will run fine along side of your present running 667MHz but it will work at 667MHz along with your present RAM.

Get the one at same clock speed so avoid any further tensions. :p
