Samsung SSD comes with MAGICIAN software which takes some ram and boost pc performance like anything. Can we do the same with Kingston/Adata 120gb SSD ?

Only if you are doing benchmarks or a 2-3 seconds boost during launching multiple frequently accessed applications,for a simple system with mentioned usage the effect will be practically negligible.Also that feature is not available on kingston/adata ssd.

Am getting
Gigabyte Ultra Dura Motherboard GA-Z270P-D3 + Intel CPU G4400 3.3GHz @ 6k from OLX (1 year old). If the deal is good then it will allow me to spend few extra bucks in buying good ssd and psu.
Is this a good deal ?

No! Don't buy used pc components unless they carry at least a few months of warranty left. Also why do you need to save money to get "good ssd",even the cheapest 120gb Kingston A400 that costs ~1600 will do the job just fine for such pc. For psu you can get Corsair VS450 for ~2400.

G4400 is a dual core with no HT and it was launched in 2015.
And why would anyone pair that with Z series board? And pricing looks too good to be true. I wouldn't bother checking that listing.

you do not need to change your PSU at all...corsair 550 VX is way far better than degraded corsair VS series .. If you buy Antec then go for VP series. My corsair vx 450 is running like a champion for last 10 years...
